We are an active adult apartment facility located less than one mile from West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square.  The Court of Saint James is an independent living community for seniors, of which, one must be 55 years of age or older.  A wonderful, convenient location, The Court of Saint James is a neighborhood unto itself. 

 

     We feature one and two bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens, wall to wall carpeting, most feature one and one half baths and laundry hook-ups depending on the unit.  Each unit contains individually controlled heating and air conditioning.  We provide complimentary scheduled in-town van transportation to local supermarkets and medical appointments.
